About Operadius
Operadius is a home care operations software platform developed by Zoobook Systems LLC to help agencies of every size run smarter — from scheduling and caregiver management to billing workflows, compliance tracking, and client oversight. We serve small independent agencies, mid-size regional operators, and large multi-location groups including franchise systems.
We are an early-stage, founder-led company moving fast. You will be one of the first salespeople through the door, which means your work will directly shape our revenue, our ICP, and ultimately our team.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who has lived inside the home care world — whether as an operator, a technology seller, or both — and is ready to own a full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will sell Operadius to agency owners, administrators, and operations leaders across the country.
This is not a post-sale role. You will hunt, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close. You will also help us learn: which agencies buy fastest, what objections come up most, and where the product creates the most immediate value. Your feedback will go directly to leadership.
What You Will Do
- Own a full-cycle sales motion: outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, discovery, demo, proposal, and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across small, mid-size, and enterprise-size home care agencies
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that connect Operadius features to real operational pain points
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying decisions at larger agencies (owner, DON, office manager, IT contact)
- Accurately forecast deals and maintain clean records in CRM
- Develop deep familiarity with the competitive landscape: other EVV-integrated platforms, scheduling tools, and billing software
- Partner with the founding team to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy based on what you learn in the field
- Represent Operadius at industry events, webinars, and association meetings as needed
What We Are Looking For
Required Experience
- 3+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience, with demonstrated quota attainment
- Deep familiarity with home care agency operations — you can speak fluently about EVV, caregiver scheduling, payer mix (Medicaid waiver, private pay, LTC insurance), and compliance requirements without being coached
- Experience selling to SMB and mid-market buyers, including short transactional cycles and multi-month enterprise-style deals
- Proven ability to run a full sales cycle independently
Strongly Preferred
- Prior experience at a home care software company (HHAeXchange, Alora, WellSky, MatrixCare, ClearCare, AxisCare, or similar)
- Background as a home care agency operator or administrator who transitioned into sales
- Familiarity with franchise home care brands and multi-location decision-making structures
- Experience with HCBS, PCA programs, and MCO billing terminology
The Traits That Will Make You Exceptional Here
- You close deals, then move to the next one. You are not waiting for a BDR team or a marketing budget to warm leads for you
- You ask smart discovery questions and genuinely listen before pitching
- You can read a room: you know when to simplify for a small agency owner and when to go deep with an enterprise ops director
- You treat CRM hygiene as professional discipline, not a chore
- You give honest feedback about what is working and what is not
What Will Screen You Out
- You have only sold into hospitals, physician practices, or acute care — the buyer, the pain, and the sales motion are meaningfully different
- You cannot clearly articulate the difference between home health (skilled nursing, Medicare Part A) and home care (non-medical, private pay / Medicaid waiver)
- You need a large SDR team, extensive marketing support, or a built-out tech stack before you will produce results
- You prefer managing a team over carrying a bag yourself at this stage
Compensation & Benefits
- Accelerated commission rate above quota
- 90-day recoverable draw during ramp period
- Health insurance
- Remote-first environment with flexible scheduling
- Direct access to and collaboration with company founders
How to Apply
Send a brief note — not a form cover letter — telling us who you are, which home care software companies or agencies you have worked with, and one deal you are proud of. Include your resume. Applications that demonstrate genuine home care fluency will move to the top of the stack.
