Sales representative OEM
Develop and maintain business relationships with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers by identifying business opportunities, providing technical advice, and promoting solutions that create value, thereby contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.

Identify and develop new OEM customers

Generate sales by providing technical advice on products and solutions.

You may set sales targets for distributors, as appropriate.

Provide technical and functional training to end users and/or distributors.

Maintain strong business relationships with current customers to ensure their loyalty.

Participate in strategic events and conventions and use them to strengthen customer relationships and seek out new customers.

Identify business opportunities and develop value propositions.

Generate sales by providing technical advice on products and solutions.

Coordinate and oversee the entire sales cycle with support departments (customer service, etc.): quotes, orders, and post-sale follow-up.

Education: High school diploma or above.

Experience: At least one year of experience in external sales within the industrial sector.

Basic proficiency in technology tools (Excel, CRM, ERP).

Competencies: Learning Agility, Customer Centricity, Building Relationships Through Collaboration, Business Acumen, Technical Acumen, Data & Technology Driven.

Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Monthly gross salary of $16,00.00 + a monthly sales bonus of $20,000.
