Job Title : SAP HCM/Time Functional Consultant
Location : Montvale, NJ or Chicago, IL - Hybrid
Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP HCM Time Management solutions with a strong focus on Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS).
2. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable HCM and CATS solutions.
3. Configure and support CATS profiles, data entry processes, approval workflows, validations, and integrations with Payroll, Project Systems, and Controlling.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to define and validate functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
5. Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution for HCM and CATS-related issues.
6. Support end-to-end testing, including unit, integration, UAT, and defect resolution activities.
