We will count on you to:
Negotiate with the reinsurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance programs in Power & Energy lines.
Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.
What you need to have:
New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering Industrial, Actuary, Economics, or Administration.
Internship experience or no more than 4 years
A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships and skills in numerical analysis.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel , and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Power BI
English language fluency
