As our Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications by supporting testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to validate system functionality, improve testing processes, and support high-quality software delivery.
You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios. Additionally, you will execute functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing while ensuring accurate defect documentation, requirement traceability, and reliable test coverage across applications and platforms.
In this role, you will also support automation testing initiatives by developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. You will contribute to the integration of automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines, support automation framework improvements, and help enhance testing efficiency and reporting capabilities.
You will ensure compliance with established QA standards, processes, and best practices while maintaining detailed testing documentation, including test results, defect logs, and summary reports. Additionally, you will participate in root-cause analysis activities and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
As part of an Agile environment, you will actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the optimization of QA methodologies, tools, and delivery processes to strengthen overall software quality and team performance.
