We are a fast-growing real estate investment company seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone, building rapport quickly, and gathering essential information from property owners. This is a fully remote position with long-term growth potential for top performers.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners using our calling platform and scripts.
Qualify leads by gathering motivation, property details, decision-making timeline, and pricing expectations.
Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation flow.
Log all call notes and lead details accurately in our CRM (Zoho).
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for our acquisitions team.
Send SMS or email follow-ups when required.
Manage daily call quotas and meet performance targets.
Update lead statuses and maintain clean data records.
Assist with occasional inbound call handling.
Requirements
Prior experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or call center agent (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent English verbal skills (clear, confident, minimal accent).
Strong ability to handle objections and keep conversations on track.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (100–300 per day).
Organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions/systems.
Ability to multitask and update CRM during or after calls.
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Headset with clear microphone quality.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience with U.S. real estate acquisitions or wholesaling.
Familiarity with terms like ARV, equity, distress, comps, probate, pre-foreclosure, etc.
Experience using Zoho CRM, CallTools, Mojo, or similar dialing systems.
Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills.
Spanish-speaking (optional but a plus).
