Job Summary:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Servicing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Servicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client portfolios and facilitating accounts receivable. Your primary responsibilities will include obtaining case status updates from the law firms, assisting with collecting information for cases that are no longer represented or cases where payments have been made to 3rd parties.
- The Servicing Specialist will be responsible for working call lists on a daily basis. Exceptional customer service is paramount in this role. We are seeking individuals with prior call center experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and are critical thinkers.
Job Duties:
o Obtain regular case status updates from representing law firms
o Encourage the adoption of PROVE’s Ease Case Status technology

o Investigate cases that are no longer represented by law firms
o Investigate settlement payments that have been sent to the wrong recipient
- Balance Verifications and Statements:
o Provide accurate balance verifications and statements promptly upon request

Professional Experience:
- Prior experience with a call center is preferred
Skills:
o Professionals with a strong command of written English
o Ability to write grammatically correct emails, free from typos
o Well-spoken, likable professionals who can communicate effortlessly over the phone or in person
o Prior experience in roles that rely heavily on routine phone interaction with clients
Technical:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Teams, Word, Zoom Video Conferencing
