Objetivo del Puesto
Apoyar en la implementación y mantenimiento del sistema MAFACT en la División y administar el programa de ideas de mejora de la División. Lideras proyectos de largo plazo enfocados en la eliminación de los desperdicios y a aumentar la productividad.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Elaboración y actualización de lay-out de la planta, rutas de manejo de material, partes de servicio y nuevos lanzamientos.
- Sirve como entrenador de la metodología MAFACT, Trabajo Estandarizado, metodología de justo a tiempo, metodología 5S y Kaizen.
- Administrar el programa de ideas de mejora de la División y ser facilitador de los proyectos de mejora derivados de dicho programa.
- Seguimiento a la realización de auditorías LPA.
- Elaboración de análisis ergonómicos.
- Elaboración de mapas de flujo de valor (Value Stream Maps).
- Desarrollo de manuales y materiales de entrenamiento.
- Monitoreo de operaciones para eliminación de desperdicios.
- Llevar registro del impacto financiero de cada sugerencia de mejora.
Educación y Experiencia
- Carrera profesional concluida (ingeniería indispensable).
- Mínimo 5 año de experiencia en puestos similares.
Competencia Requerida
- Conocimiento de balanceo de línea y toma de tiempos.
- Conocimiento de manufactura esbelta.
- Conocimiento de herramientas y /o metodologías de solución de problemas.
- Habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo a todos los niveles de la organización.
- Habilidad para lograr metas a través de personal bajo su mando.
