We are seeking a proactive Affiliate, Influencer, and Brand Manager. This role drives brand awareness and revenue growth through strategic partnerships in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Ideal candidates are creative, analytical, and results-driven with a strong social media background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a comprehensive influencer, ambassador, and affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the brand's growth goals.
- Define KPIs and set performance benchmarks for each program.
- Identify and implement scalable tools/platforms (e.g., affiliate tracking systems, CRM integrations).
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Oversee content strategy, campaign briefs, product gifting, and paid collaborations.
- Partner closely with the social media team to integrate influencer content into broader brand campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Design and launch a formal brand ambassador initiative that fosters community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Create application funnels, tiered rewards structures, and engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Develop an affiliate partner network from scratch, including onboarding processes, commission structures, and promotional assets.
- Partner with blogs, content creators, coupon/deal sites, and strategic affiliates.
- Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics; continuously optimize for revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in e-commerce marketing with expertise in influencer, social media, or affiliate programs.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proven ability to build and scale marketing initiatives from the ground up.
- Experience using influencer and affiliate platforms (e.g., GRIN, Refersion, Aspire, ShareASale).
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to write clear briefs and manage brand voice.
- Must be able to work effectively during USA Central Time (CST) business hours.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
