Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager / Trainer / Call Center - Inside Sales to lead our inside sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure outstanding client experiences. This role combines leadership, training, and hands-on sales management within a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing teams, developing strategies, and fostering a customer-centric culture that delivers results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of inside and remote sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent client service
- Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Monitor call center operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and performance metrics
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions
- Manage client interactions with professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction levels through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborate with management to set goals, develop sales strategies, and implement best practices for continuous growth
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional development
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center management or supervising teams in a customer support or sales role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, and client services within a call center setting
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and call center software
- Ability to make data-driven decisions based on analysis of performance metrics
- Experience in project management and managing teams in a customer-focused environment
- Supervising experience with a focus on customer service excellence is highly desirable
