Remote Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant
Pay Low Insurance is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position supporting customers throughout the United States.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (California)
- Full-Time Remote Position
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with policy questions, payments, renewals, and policy changes
- Follow up with customers regarding required documents and information
- Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and provide administrative support
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, text, and email
- Update customer information in agency management systems and CRM platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience required
- Insurance experience preferred
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet and professional work environment
- Computer and headset suitable for remote work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for an insurance agency, carrier, or call center
- Familiarity with auto insurance policies, renewals, and customer service
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers
Compensation
- MX$18,000 – MX$25,000 per month
