Customer Service – Body Contouring Equipment Sales
English Level:
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Education: High School Diploma or Technical Degree
Experience: 2 years
Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets
Responsibilities:
- Process orders
- Dispatch and track shipments
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare estimates/quotes
- Create air waybills
- Process orders with the warehouse
- Request invoices from the accountant
- Coordinate training and installation dates
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders

Location: Polanco
Salary: MXN $20,000 to $22,000 gross per month + benefits as required by law
Schedule: Monday to Friday and occasionally one Saturday per month
