Position Summary
This role requires a person with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high transaction volume in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with all departments including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Management to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the plant.
Purchasing & Procurement

Purchase machine parts, maintenance materials, manufacturing supplies, and operational materials for the production facility.

Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to identify technical specifications and sourcing requirements for replacement parts and process improvement materials.

Monitor inventory levels of critical operational materials and support preventive purchasing activities to avoid production interruptions.
Bills of Materials (BOM) Management

Create, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) for finished goods and manufacturing processes.

Support import/export and customs documentation processes through accurate BOM creation and material structure management.

Analyze production materials, formulations, packaging structures, and manufacturing components to ensure BOM accuracy.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Administrative departments to maintain accurate product and material data.
Production Planning & Coordination

Assist with production planning and scheduling activities across extrusion, printing, and converting departments.

Continuously communicate with department leaders regarding production priorities, schedule adjustments, material availability, machine status, and customer requirements.

Help coordinate workflow between departments to improve productivity and on-time delivery performance.

Provide schedule updates and operational communication to internal stakeholders throughout the day.
