HR Generalist
Hybrid and Full-time, Monday to Friday - CDMX
$25,000 – $27,000 MXN gross/month
Our client is looking to add a Human Resources professional with a strong operational focus to support key processes across the employee lifecycle and contribute to internal initiatives.
This role plays an active part in the day-to-day HR operation, ensuring consistency in processes, quality employee support, and coordination across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring proper administrative and operational setup for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within internal systems.
- Monitor employee-related indicators such as engagement, turnover, and general experience to identify improvement areas.
- Support the execution of internal initiatives related to communication, culture, and team integration.
- Provide support across HR processes including employee changes, time record validation, and offboarding activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries, ensuring timely and policy-aligned guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of people management practices.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in HR generalist roles or personnel administration.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Experience working in hybrid or remote environments (is a plus).
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS).
