We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant.

Responsibilities

Lead business requirements gathering and perform gap analysis by facilitating workshops, assessing operational processes, and identifying how they can be mapped in SAP

Prepare functional design documents and test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing together with subject matter experts

Present solution proposals to the design committee for review and approval

Oversee the configuration and successful delivery of SAP FICO modules
-
Guide stakeholders toward adopting SAP standard solutions while minimizing custom development

Design and build interfaces to connect SAP with external systems
-
Cooperate with SAP developers to implement custom code solutions whenever required
-
Take part in SAP projects, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and extensions of existing SAP applications

Engage with cross-functional and cross-application teams to ensure solution designs match business requirements
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP FICO modules

Background in product costing scenarios for repetitive manufacturing, discrete, and process industries

Understanding of integration points between FICO and SD, MM, and PP modules
-
Showcase of experience with multiple SAP projects, including full-cycle implementations in financial and controlling processes

Involvement in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects

Capability to assess the cross-modular impact of process and configuration changes

Capability to align with both business and IT strategic directions

Competency in working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Experience working in multicultural teams and environments

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and SAP implementation methodologies

Commitment to staying current with SAP technology advancements
-
Skills in verbal and written communication for effective collaboration and documentation

English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
