Sales Agent – Cash Advance Company (Remote)
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $800 USD/month
- Performance Bonus: $25 USD for every approved application
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will speak with prospective customers, educate them about our cash advance solutions, guide them through the application process, and help maximize approved applications.

Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
- Explain our cash advance products and answer customer questions.
- Qualify leads and determine customer eligibility.
- Assist applicants throughout the application process.
- Follow up consistently with leads to increase conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate notes and update customer information in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is required (phone sales preferred).
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn performance bonuses.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and working with computers.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
