Responsibilities:
Join a team that helps keep one of the world's largest Manufacturing & Logistics operations running smoothly.
As a Supply Chain Manufacturing & Logistics Operations Analyst , you will investigate operational issues, analyze supply chain data, and collaborate with business and technology teams to identify root causes and drive solutions that keep products moving seamlessly from manufacturing sites to customers.
Working within the Manufacturing & Logistics organization, you will support critical order management, distribution, and supply chain processes while gaining exposure to SAP S/4HANA, business operations, and large-scale supply chain systems.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy problem solving, data analysis, process improvement, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges.
Your Impact

Monitor customer orders and supply chain transactions to identify operational issues.

Analyze data and reporting to investigate process failures and determine root causes.

Support business users by providing timely solutions to order management and supply chain challenges.

Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and IT teams.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI and SAP tools.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce recurring issues.

Help support the SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.

Document findings, recommendations and improve processes.

Participate in automation and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Fluent in English (oral and written as this role will have daily contact with the US).

6 months to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Order Management, or related areas (internships welcome).

Experience monitoring orders, investigating operational issues, and supporting issue resolution.

Intermediate Excel skills, including data cleansing, data extraction, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and basic data analysis.

Exposure to SAP for order tracking, monitoring, or transaction follow-up is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to different stakeholders.
