Position Summary
The Phone Support Administrator is the primary phone and written point of contact for Exceed Robotics, handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and texts related to our robotics and coding classes. This role also provides general support to the Admin team on student data, communications, and staffing tasks. During the summer camp season (July–August), this role plays a key part in supporting camp parents, with extended hours to accommodate higher call volume.
Working Hours:
Tuesday-Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Sat: 9am-5pm
Compensation
Base pay: $900 CAD/month (approx. $11,150–$11,300 MXN/month, based on current exchange rates)
Bonus: Up to $900 CAD/month (approx. $11,150–$11,300 MXN/month)
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive phone calls with parents, students, staff, and prospective customers
- Handle written communications, including emails and text messages, in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate with instructors and staff regarding scheduling, class updates, and other operational needs
- Log all calls made and received, including caller details, purpose, and outcome, using company systems
- Use company-provided apps and software to make and receive calls
- Support the Admin team with tasks as needed, including maintaining student data/records, coordinating communications, and assisting with staffing needs
- During July and August (camp season), respond to incoming calls from camp student parents; work extended hours during this period to cover increased call volume
Ideal candidate will have following skills:
- Secondary School
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. With a strong command of the English Language
- Posses good working knowledge of computer software's. Word, excel, power point, and Adobe are a must
- The ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience in phone answering or customer service

- Secured Internet with a minimum download speed of 50 MBPS.

Pay: $11,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
