We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Administrator Jr. to join our operations team. This role is critical in monitoring transactions, reviewing alerts, and supporting key processes related to payment systems and compliance, ensuring operational accuracy and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Review real-time alerts generated by internal systems
- Analyze batch alerts and detect potential risks or inconsistencies
- Review alerts related to Trade Finance transaction documentation
- Monitor and manage the SPID Control Desk system
- Oversee onboarding and validation of beneficiaries for international transfers
- Ensure proper follow-up, control, and execution of operational processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Payments, and Credit Operations
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, payments, compliance, or a related field
- Knowledge of payment systems (SPID, SPEI)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required)
- Experience in screening, monitoring, or transaction review processes
- Strong analytical mindset
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Advanced English (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of BURM
- Japanese language skills
