As aSenior Finance Professional – Supply Chain Finance, you’ll play a critical role in providing financial insight and support to Supply Chain operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage complex accounting processes, and support decision-making that drives operational and financial performance.
You will collaborate with Supply Chain, ITCO, and Finance teams while serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement across financial processes.
We’re looking for you to bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to enhance financial accuracy, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence within our Supply Chain Finance organization.
HERE´S WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING:
- Partner with the Supply Chain Finance Business Unit to execute complex journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications in alignment with corporate accounting standards.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reclassifications, collaborating closely with ITCO and ensuring compliance with Mexican fiscal regulations and electronic invoicing requirements.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages to key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations, including balance monitoring and root cause analysis of variances.
- Respond to ad-hoc financial requests, providing data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
- Support Supply Chain Finance during month-end close with journal entries, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage and create ICP requests and IONs, including budget-related processes.
- Support inventory write-off requests and related financial analysis.
- Approve KAR requests, including project setup and closure for engineering-related budgets.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate ownership by proactively improving processes and anticipating business needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, preferably within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Basic experience with Regrello or similar workflow tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
