Reviewing design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals. Ensuring manufacturing and test equipment is calibrated and tested, and products meet the organizations and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements. Supporting operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process. Identifying root causes of problems in the production process and recommending corrective measures. Analyzing incidents reported back from the field and adapt internal guidelines accordingly. Analyzing data to identify trends in product quality or defects, to mitigate and prevent recurrence. A job at this level: Prepares workplace, materials, tools, device or test equipment as needed. Executes routine assembly, calibration or setup procedures, as part of the installation or testing process. Checks work quality provided, by accountably running and documenting prescribed test routines. Genrally supports more experienced technicians or engineers in their accountabilities.
