As a Learning Manager at Amazon, you will play a vital role in developing and managing a team of trainers who are responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to our associates and managers. Working closely with Process Engineers, you will collaborate with operations teams to ensure our training programs meet our customers' needs and align with our company's mission to be the most customer-centric company in the world.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop training plans that minimize disruption to operations while ensuring high-quality training delivery
- Audit training/coaching quality and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Plan and execute the recruitment and development of top-tier instructors
- Ensure positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholders
- Manage a team of Trainers and support their professional development
- Analyze and interpret metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Provide training to the learning team on changes to learning materials/processes
- Develop training capacity planning and forecasting for new hires
- Support the leadership team with reporting on associate distribution according to training plans and cross-training initiatives across processes
