The E-Commerce Data Analytics Intern will support a strategic project to improve product information quality and visibility across the Donaldson e-commerce platform. This role offers hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard development, e-commerce operations, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
• A nalyze business requirements to design, develop, test, and implement two dashboards that enable monitoring and reporting of product information quality related to “Equipment” and “Replacement” parts.
• Work alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Manage the project assignments.
• Demonstrate initiative and a willingness about learning and development opportunities .
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
Basic knowledge of data visualization and dashboarding tools.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL concepts preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional and global team environment.
