We are looking for an Application Engineer to provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding industrial products and connected solutions. This position will work closely with customers, Product Managers, Support Teams, and technical development teams to troubleshoot product applications and provide effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote communication tools.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to industrial products and applications.

Assist customers with product operation, configuration, and application-related questions.

Provide technical guidance related to electrical panels, VFDs, controls, and pump applications.

Clearly communicate technical solutions and troubleshooting steps to customers.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Support Teams, and technical development teams.

Document customer issues, technical findings, and solutions.

Identify recurring product or application issues and provide feedback to internal teams.

Support connected industrial solutions and cloud-based applications.
