About Us
At Legal Management Group, we are the exclusive talent acquisition and management partner for Farahi Law Firm, one of California's fastest-growing personal injury law firms. As our organization continues to expand across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines, we are looking for experienced legal professionals who are passionate about helping maximize outcomes for injured clients.
Our success is built on combining legal expertise, strategic thinking, and compassionate client service. Every member of our team plays an important role in achieving the best possible results for our clients.
Why This Role Matters
As a Pre-Litigation Demand Strategist, you will play one of the most strategic roles within our Pre-Litigation department. Rather than simply preparing demand packages, you will evaluate each case, analyze medical and legal evidence, develop settlement strategies, and help maximize case value before negotiations begin.
You will work closely with our Demand Writing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality oversight while also serving as a trusted resource for clients throughout the pre-litigation process. This role requires someone who combines strong analytical skills with deep personal injury knowledge and the ability to communicate complex legal strategies clearly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
Case Strategy & Valuation
- Review pre-litigation case files to identify strengths, weaknesses, liability issues, and opportunities to maximize settlement value.
- Analyze medical records, treatment history, imaging reports, billing records, and supporting documentation.
- Develop strategic settlement recommendations based on liability, damages, policy limits, and injury severity.
- Identify additional evidence or documentation that may strengthen a client's claim.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies.
Demand Strategy & Team Leadership
- Partner with the Demand Writing team to develop persuasive, well-supported demand packages.
- Provide strategic guidance and legal direction for demand letters and supporting documentation.
- Review demand packages before submission to ensure accuracy, consistency, and maximum effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach Demand Writers to strengthen their analytical thinking, medical-legal understanding, and case evaluation skills.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve department performance.
Client Communication
- Meet with clients to explain case strategy and the reasoning behind recommendations.
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines, treatment, settlement potential, and the pre-litigation process.
- Build trust by communicating complex legal and medical concepts in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Serve as a strategic point of contact throughout the demand preparation process.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, negotiators, and other legal professionals.
- Stay informed on California personal injury practices and industry trends.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in California Personal Injury Pre-Litigation.
- Previous experience as a Senior Paralegal, Pre-Litigation Manager, Demand Specialist, Law Graduate, Law Student, or similar strategic legal role.
- Strong background in case valuation, demand preparation, and settlement strategy.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, injury causation, treatment protocols, and medical billing.
- Experience reviewing medical records and identifying factors that impact case value.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading legal support teams is highly preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value cases in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- A strategic thinker who enjoys analyzing complex personal injury cases and uncovering opportunities to maximize value.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and helping build stronger legal teams.
- A confident communicator who can effectively explain legal strategies to both colleagues and clients.
- A detail-oriented professional who understands that every medical record, treatment note, and piece of evidence can significantly impact a case's outcome.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation paid in USD.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
- Opportunity to work on high-value California personal injury cases.
- Collaborative, supportive, and professional work environment.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
