Engineer Automotive Quality - Customer Service
We are looking for a highly experienced professional in Quality customer service, with a proven track record working with major clients TESLA, RIVIAN or GM.
Mata automotive is a leading full service supplier of interior and exterior decorative components in real premium materials for the global automotive industry.
Requirements:

Have worked with clients portals for at least the last 3 years.
Fluent English (C1 level) – essential for this role.
Training in IATF and Core Tools is required.-
VDA training is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: 5 to 8 years as a Quality Engineer.

Education: Engineering or related degree desirable with focus on quality and process improvement.

Quality tools: Master basic measuring equipment such as ohmmeters, vernier, micrometer, and rulers. 8D's (common methodology to solve problems and prevent recurrence).

Experience in PPAPs.

Generation of customer reports, use of customer portals and process documentation.

Detect problems and recommend actions: Strong focus on identifying and solving problems in a timely manner.

Data analysis: Important to make decisions based on objective information.

First Article Inspection, Final Inspection before shipment, line releases, defect catalogs.
