Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am to 3:30 pm PST (Los Angeles Time). Break 12:00 am to 12:30 pm PST.
Hourly Rate: USD$7.00 to USD$8.00 (depending on experience).

About the Position.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Leader to manage and grow our outbound sales and telemarketing initiatives.
This role is responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing business development campaigns, managing the Telemarketing team, and identifying new revenue opportunities across corporate, legal, immigration, educational, and nonprofit sectors.
The Business Development Leader works closely with executive leadership to transform strategic objectives into actionable campaigns, assign and monitor telemarketers, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize outreach efforts.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, analysis, team management, and execution.
Key Responsibilities.
Business Development & Campaign Strategy
· Design, execute, monitor, and optimize outbound business development campaigns targeting enterprise clients, law firms, NGOs, educational institutions, and other strategic segments
· Analyze market opportunities and define campaign focus areas (e.g., oil & gas companies, immigration law firms, educational platforms, NGOs, etc.)
· Identify decision-makers within target organizations and define outreach strategies accordingly
· Develop lead generation strategies through cold calling, email outreach, research, referrals, and networking
· Prepare and present campaign plans, performance insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
Telemarketing Team Management
· Lead, supervise, and support the Telemarketing / Cold Calling team
· Assign telemarketers to specific campaigns based on priorities, skills, and performance
· Monitor daily, weekly, and campaign-level activity and results
· Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve conversion rates and communication quality
· Ensure accurate time tracking, reporting, and CRM usage by the team
Performance Analysis & Reporting
· Measure campaign effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
· Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions
· Provide regular reports to leadership on progress, results, challenges, and opportunities
· Use data to guide decisions on scaling, adjusting, or stopping campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams
· Provide feedback to improve service positioning, messaging, and customer experience
· Support company initiatives related to growth, process improvement, and market expansion

Qualifications.
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or outbound campaign management
· Proven experience managing or supervising telemarketing or sales teams
· Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis
· Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
· Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $121.15 - $138.46 per hour
