Senior Payroll & HR Specialist

Do you have strong experience in Payroll and HR Operations? We are looking for a Senior Payroll & HR Specialist with an end-to-end payroll perspective, capable of ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution while working closely with key HR functions. This role is ideal for someone analytical, highly organized, and experienced in complex, multi-entity, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple entities and different pay frequencies
- Execute full payroll cycles, from pre-payroll preparation to post-payroll activities and reporting
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, rehires, terminations, changes, and off-cycle payments
- Partner with HR teams to ensure accurate integration of employee data, time & attendance incidents, compensation, and benefits
- Provide operational support to Payroll & HR processes, ensuring continuity and accuracy
- Validate payroll incidents, review calculations, deductions, taxes, and complex exceptions
- Ensure proper controls, compliance, audit readiness, and process documentation
- Support and guide other team members on operational and technical topics
What We Are Looking For
- 5 to 7 years of solid payroll experience, with exposure to HR processes across multiple countries
- Strong knowledge of employee movement administration, data validation, and coordination with HR teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and critical payroll calendars
- High level of accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, customer service mindset, and strong sense of urgency
- Leadership skills, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Mandatory: Advanced English (100% conversational – role conducted fully in English)
What You Will Bring
- Experience with enterprise payroll and HRIS systems such as Dayforce, SAP, UKG, ADP, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of payroll processes, internal controls, audit, and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
- Mandatory: advanced English proficiency
- Previous experience in a senior HR & Payroll role will be highly valued
