Program Manager
The Program Manager will act as the primary operational contact responsible for ensuring execution for Projects and ongoing account sustainment activities, This position interacts with senior leaders including clients presentations and multiple internal departments to assure delivery of strategic Projects and their expected business outcomes, The Program Manager will build a solid relationship and deliver results to clients so this person must be an effective communicator, facilitator, and skilled in the area of driving actions through to delivery and have strong client management skills.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service/program management.
Knowledge:
Coordinating activities of CFT members in order to ensure program progress on schedule and within prescribed budget
Planning the overall program from end-to-end.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
- Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development. Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.
