This role is focused on generating incremental sales through proactive customer outreach, including reorders, replenishment, at-once business, follow-ups from field visits, and ongoing account engagement. Success in this position requires strong phone presence, consistent outbound activity, and the ability to efficiently convert conversations into orders.
This position is non-traveling, with the exception of 1 - 2 tradeshows and company sales meetings 2 times per year.
- Drive revenue through high-volume outbound calls and emails to assigned wholesale accounts

Support Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) in executing sales initiatives

Generate incremental sales: reorders, replenishment, at-once business, follow-ups from field visits, and ongoing account engagement

Maintain consistent account touchpoints to ensure engagement and sales velocity

Convert outbound activity into booked orders using NuOrder, Shopify B2B, and HubSpot

Enter, manage, and modify wholesale orders; ensure pricing, discounts, terms, and payment settings are accurate

Maintain accurate account records, contacts, notes, and activity tracking in HubSpot

Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Ops, and IT to resolve order or system issues

Support sales launches, promotions, and initiatives through accurate system execution

Participate in occasional tradeshows and company sales meetings (1–2 per year)

Work independently in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment, demonstrating strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours | Location: Hybrid – Tijuana, BC (office Tues/Wed) | Requirements: Valid US visa + Fluent English
