Positions: Head Waiter | Assistant Restaurant Manager | Restaurant Manager
We are recruiting experienced Food & Beverage professionals for luxury and ultra-luxury cruise lines, delivering high-end dining experiences in structured, international environments.
These roles are responsible for leading service teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in fine dining and upscale restaurant concepts onboard.

Supervise daily restaurant operations and service flow

Lead and coordinate a team of waiters and assistant waiters

Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met

Support staff training and development

Handle guest requests, preferences, and complaints professionally

Maintain full knowledge of menus, wines, and service procedures

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all dining operations

Manage service teams, schedules, and daily operations
-
Ensure compliance with service standards and company procedures

Monitor performance, productivity, and guest satisfaction

Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating team members

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues

Oversee full restaurant operations onboard

Lead, manage, and develop large multicultural teams

Ensure consistent delivery of high-end service standards

Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency

Manage staffing, scheduling, and service organization

Drive guest satisfaction, retention, and overall dining experience

Handle escalated guest concerns and operational challenges

REQUIREMENTS

Head Waiter

Minimum 3–5 years in Food & Beverage service

At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Strong background in fine dining or upscale service
Assistant Restaurant Manager

Minimum 5–7 years in Food & Beverage
-
At least 2–3 years in supervisory/management roles
-
Experience managing teams and service operations
Restaurant Manager

Minimum 7–10+ years in Food & Beverage
-
At least 3–5 years in senior management roles
-
Proven experience managing full restaurant operations, teams, and performance
-
Strongly preferred or required for most roles
-
Candidates without ship experience must have high-level luxury hospitality leadership background

Strong leadership and team management
-
Advanced knowledge of service standards and fine dining operations
