We are searching for a Communications Specialist to join our team.
You will serve as a trusted communications advisor to Senior Business Leaders, translating business priorities into communication strategies that build alignment, propel organizational change, and produce business results.
Responsibilities

Draw on strong business acumen to swiftly understand organizational priorities and align communications accordingly

Function as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders on communication-related topics

Take the lead in strategic communications planning and provide consulting to internal leaders

Develop and deliver change management and transformation communications that support organizational shifts
-
Bring executive presence and influence outcomes within complex matrix organizations
-
Create and refine communications strategies in response to shifting business needs
-
Harness AI to strengthen communications strategies, boost productivity, and accelerate the adoption of new practices
-
Sustain an outcomes-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement across all communication efforts

Shift fluidly between strategic advisory work and hands-on delivery, crafting communications, supporting key initiatives, and producing high-quality outputs
Requirements
-
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience
-
No less than 2 years in Lead, Manager, or Coordinator roles
-
At least 1 year overseeing a team of 20 or more employees

Strong business acumen paired with the ability to rapidly understand organizational priorities

Proven track record advising VP and C-level stakeholders

Solid foundation in strategic communications planning and consulting

Practical background in change management and transformation communications

Executive presence along with the ability to influence within complex matrix organizations

Skill in designing and evolving communications strategies aligned with business needs

AI fluency, with the ability to apply AI to enhance communications strategies, lift productivity, and speed up adoption

Outcomes-driven mindset combined with a continuous improvement approach

Hands-on execution mindset, with the flexibility to move seamlessly between strategic advisory and delivery, developing communications, supporting key initiatives, and producing high-quality outputs

Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills at an Advanced level (C1 or higher)
