Resumen
Responsible for purchase order management, price tracking in SAP, reviewing sales contracts and NDAs, maintaining up-to-date customer records, updating customer information and following up on opportunities in the CRM, coordinating billing and sales closures with the Finance Department, monitoring a healthy customer portfolio with no outstanding balances, and providing post-sales support by following up on deliveries, complaints, and administrative inquiries.
Tareas y responsabilidades
- Responsability for customer portals.
- Prepare quotations and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage the quotation process.
- Create and follow up new opportunities in CRM system.
- Price tracking and release orders on SAP, quotation data base.
- Supervise part numbers throughout the entire product life cycle and through the second product out.
- Issue credit notes.
- Monitor a healthy portfolio of customers with no outsatnding balances.

- Business administration/ International business.
