We're looking for a Reddit Community Manager to own and grow our presence across Reddit. You will develop and execute engagement strategies, participate authentically in relevant communities, monitor brand and industry mentions, and build credibility across subreddits where hiring managers, business owners, recruiters, and remote work advocates spend their time.
This is a full ownership role. You will not be executing someone else's playbook. You will build the strategy, manage the content calendar, engage daily, and surface insights from Reddit discussions that can inform our marketing and business development efforts. If you understand Reddit culture deeply, know how to build a brand presence that feels native rather than forced, and can work independently without close oversight, this role is a strong fit.
