About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind guiding complex projects from inception to successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and budgets are met. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at untangling complex workflows, and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Drive the execution of software development and operational projects, managing them from scope definition through to final delivery and post-launch review.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and team leads to allocate resources efficiently and clear any roadblocks delaying progress.
- Risk Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on project health, identifying potential risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Budget & Scope Oversight: Manage and oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring that scope creep is controlled and deliverables remain on track.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within our Agile workflows and propose actionable solutions to increase team velocity.
Key Requirements
- Professional English proficiency (C1)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: +4 years of experience in project management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software ClickUp
- Core Competency: Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level projects on time and under budget while managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Compliance/Certifications: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
Working Conditions
- Environment: 100% remote
- Working schedule: 4-hour flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST).
- Travel: Requires up to 10% travel for quarterly executive planning sessions and team offsites.
- Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
