Escolaridad:
Bachelor´s of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.
Objetivo General:
Lead and coordinate the Reliability Technician team to ensure proper execution of reliability activities project follow-up, material readiness, workshop support, and effective communication between Reliability Engineers and Technicians.
Conocimientos, experiencia y habilidades:

Basic knowledge of Power Tool assembly and functionality.

Microsoft Office, Power BI.

3-5 years of experience in Reliability, Quality, Manufacturing, Test Lab or related field.

Intermediate English level.

Knowledge of GD&T, measurement tools, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5 Whys.

Leadership, accountability, analytical thinking, effective communication, decission-making, project follow up, and ability to work under pressure.
Actividades a realizar:

Coordinate and execute daily activities related to the Reliability Team.

Lead ORT- related projects to ensure compliance with criteria and schedule.

Serve as the main communication channel between Reliability Engineers and Reliability Technicians.

Manage tool workshop activities, including stored tools, scrap process, and material control.
