**Bilingual Virtual Assistant — Business Outreach & Marketing Support**
Remote (Mexico) Part-Time, 20 hrs/week to start $4–$8USD/hour
**About Us**
Carolina's Italian Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant in Garden Grove, California, serving our community since 1978. We're growing our catering and corporate lunch business and need a reliable, personable assistant to help us reach local businesses.
**What You'll Do**
- Make outbound calls to local businesses (offices, dealerships, real estate brokerages) introducing our boxed lunch and catering programs — script and target list provided
- Identify the decision-maker at each business and capture their name, email, and phone
- Make warm follow-up calls to interested leads and past catering customers
- Submit our introduction message through business website contact forms
- Maintain and update our outreach database in Google Sheets — every call logged, every lead tracked
- Create simple marketing graphics and flyers in Canva following our established brand style (training provided)
- Send a short weekly summary of calls made, leads found, and results
**Schedule**
Monday–Friday during California business hours, roughly 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Pacific. Hours may grow for the right person.
**Requirements**
- Fluent spoken and written English — this role is phone-heavy and fluency will be verified in a video interview
- Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus (many businesses in our community are Spanish-speaking)
- Previous experience with cold calling, phone sales, or customer service
- Quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet, computer, and headset
- Comfortable with Google Sheets; Canva experience a plus
- Self-motivated and honest — you'll work independently and we trust accurate reporting of call results
**Nice to Have**
- Experience calling US businesses
- Restaurant, food service, or hospitality background
- A few design samples you're proud of
**Pay & Terms**
$4–$8 USD/hour based on experience, paid weekly via Wise or Deel as an independent contractor. Consistent long-term work for the right person — we've been in business 47 years and treat our team like family.
