We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual HR Generalist who can support our day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding, and recruitment processes. This role is ideal for someone fluent in Spanish and English, highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling employee communication, onboarding coordination, and HR administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment.
The role also supports HR operations by maintaining employee records, assisting with HR systems, and ensuring onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records within ADP Workforce Now and HR systems.
- Process new hire data entry and employee profile updates.
- Support employee file management and document retention procedures.
- Generate onboarding and HR-related reports as needed.
- Assist with HR administrative projects and process improvements.
Onboarding Coordination
- Manage and coordinate all new hire onboarding activities and documentation.
- Respond to candidate and employee emails professionally and on time.
- Provide updates regarding onboarding status, required documents, and next steps.
- Prepare onboarding packets, employment forms, and system access requests.
- Conduct onboarding orientations in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure onboarding documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Assist new hires with questions regarding onboarding procedures, company policies, and required documentation.
Employee Support
- Serve as a bilingual point of contact for new employees and internal teams.
- Translate HR communications, onboarding materials, and forms as needed.
- Provide professional and timely support to employees throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Qualifications:
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems is a PLUS
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- At least 6months of HR onboarding, HR coordination, or administrative experience
Requirements:
- Must be a Mexican citizen currently residing in Mexico.
- Must be available to work in the Mountain Time Zone (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
- Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
