Provide expert guidance to support business decision-making in AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, and privacy matters.

Develop high-quality work papers to support monitoring, audit, and control activities.

Partner with stakeholders to strengthen action plans and ensure effective remediation of findings.

Prepare compliance reports and metrics for local and global audiences, delivering clear and actionable insights.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new laws and regulations, ensuring timely updates to internal processes and controls.

Conduct special reviews, investigations, and on-site visits to sales offices and service centers to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Strengthen internal controls aligned with global policies (AML, fraud prevention, conflicts of interest, privacy).

Promote the use of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to enhance risk detection and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Audit, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, internal controls, or process reviews in regulated environments.

Strong knowledge of AML, anti-corruption, privacy regulations, and risk management frameworks.

Advanced English, with the ability to interact with global teams and understand corporate guidelines.

Experience in reporting, metrics development, and audit documentation.

Familiarity with analytical tools and/or AI-driven solutions (preferred).
