Collections Specialist I (Temporary)

- Salary: $16,000 Gross Monthly.
- Responsibilities:
- Process collection notices and manage cash application transactions accurately.
- Handle high-volume client inquiries to resolve outstanding balances efficiently.
- Negotiate settlement offers and payment plans under management guidance.
- Maintain detailed account records and prepare balance summary reports in Excel.
- Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or collections.
- Educational background in Accounting or Finance (degree or relevant coursework).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and a professional work ethic.
