This role is focused on driving incremental revenue and maintaining high sales velocity within established commercial accounts. This is a Wholesale B2B position, requiring proactive customer outreach to retail buyers, store owners, and corporate distributors to secure reorders, inventory replenishment, and at-once business.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
- Location: Hybrid – Tijuana, BC (Required in-office presence: Tuesdays & Wednesdays).
- Travel: Non-traveling position, with the exception of 1–2 corporate tradeshows and sales meetings per year.
- Core Requirements: Valid U.S. Visa + 100% Fluent English (written and verbal).
Account Engagement & Revenue Generation

Drive incremental revenue through targeted outbound calls and strategic email campaigns to an assigned portfolio of wholesale accounts.
- Actively secure reorders, replenishment stock, and at-once business to prevent inventory gaps at the retail level.
- Maintain consistent account touchpoints to ensure customer retention, brand engagement, and account velocity.
- Reactivate dormant or low-volume wholesale accounts through proactive outreach and new product introductions.
Order Management & System Execution

Convert outbound sales activity into finalized, booked orders utilizing digital wholesale platforms (NuOrder, Shopify B2B) and CRM tools (HubSpot).
- Handle end-to-end management of wholesale orders, ensuring absolute accuracy in complex pricing structures, volume discounts, commercial terms, and payment settings.
- Maintain clean, detailed, and up-to-date account records, including decision-maker contacts, interaction notes, and sales activity tracking in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Logistics/Ops, and IT to quickly resolve order errors or system discrepancies.
- Execute system setups for sales launches, seasonal promotions, and corporate marketing initiatives with accuracy and high urgency.
