The VP Mexico IT is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation and management of assigned technology platforms and solutions. Leads the planning, design, implementation and technical support for all external-facing information technology systems, including network operations, solution architecture and platform engineering. This role ensures the seamless integration of technology platforms with business objectives, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
Platform Transition and Implementation

Oversee the technical delivery, implementation and consultation of various platform integrations and implementations which includes Mexico Applications

Oversee the provision of technical support for platform transitions and integrations

Provide solutions-based capabilities
Drive Efficiency and Automation opportunities

Work with business to drive efficiency and automation

Research and vet innovative solutions for business challenges

Oversee review board for RPA
Cross-collaboration efforts to help deliver on our Technology strategy & roadmap

Works in close collaboration with key executives with IT and across the organization (e.g., Operations, Commercial) to ensure efficient execution of assigned technology roadmap and transformation initiatives

In collaboration with the SVP of Technology, work with Element commercial and operations teams and leaders to define and prioritize new initiatives, deliver to enable our growth and transformation strategy

Manage vendor relations and ensure vendor delivered products and services are on time, within budget and meets project specifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years operating as an IT leader in the application development space

Proven experience as a strategic technology leader who thrives in dynamic, continuously evolving environments

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through large-scale, complex changes while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive logical approach to leadership
