About the role:
The Closing Specialist plays a critical role in finalizing the sales process by guiding clients through the last stage of their homeownership journey. This position ensures a seamless and positive closing experience by addressing client concerns, confirming all transaction details, and delivering exceptional service. The role directly contributes to the company’s mission of helping families build generational wealth through accessible homeownership solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Finalize Sales Transactions:
- Guide clients through the final stages of the purchase process, ensuring all terms, conditions, and expectations are clearly understood and agreed upon. Address objections effectively to secure successful closings.
- Client Communication:
Maintain consistent, transparent, and professional communication with clients, providing timely updates and answering questions throughout the closing process.
- Sales Support & Upselling:
Deliver a high level of customer service while identifying opportunities to introduce additional products or services that align with client needs.
Accurately complete and review all required documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.
Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction records.
Conduct follow-ups after closing to ensure client satisfaction, address any remaining concerns, and foster long-term relationships that support retention and referrals.
Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, closing, or customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or financial services.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation and compliance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (if working with U.S.-based clients).
