The Offer Quality Leader (OQL) is the quality, reliability, and Circularity owner for a specific offer or platform.
OQLs ensure design requirements compliance, manufacturing stability, regulatory compliance, field reliability, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
This role interfaces across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, procurement, supply chain, labs, and front-office teams to ensure seamless quality execution.
What will you do:
Offer-Level Quality Strategy
Define and execute the Offer Quality Roadmap, quality targets, and Customer Satisfaction strategy.
Ensure quality and reference process deployment across marketing, design, industrialization, manufacturing, and services.
Provide quality key inputs to engineering and product teams during new releases or updates.
Product Surveillance, Reliability & Compliance
Lead product surveillance plans, field performance monitoring, and early detection of reliability shifts.
Own UL certification reviews, regulatory pre-audits, and audit closures.
Ensure design changes are validated with robust testing, DfSR checkpoints, and reliability review cycles.
Issue Resolution & Customer Support
Lead structured problem solving (8D, FMEA, FTA, 5 Whys) across engineering, plants, and supply chain.
Manage customer escalations with speed, transparency, and resolution focus.
Make decisions on stop shipment, derogations, and containment actions when needed.
VOC Integration & Field Insights
Conduct customer visits, capture market expectations, and collect field test insights.
Translate VOC, returns analysis, PQI data, and customer feedback into improvement actions and backlog requirements.
Represent Quality in Board of Change and Offer Safety Committees.
Manufacturing Quality & Plant Coordination
Align with plant quality teams to ensure stable, high-quality manufacturing processes.
Drive improvements in yield, scrap, rework, escapes, and supplier-driven issues.
Ensure prevention actions are embedded in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Circularity & Sustainability at Offer-Level
Own offer-level circularity: rework reduction, scrap minimization, reuse loops, recertification, waste elimination.
Support lifecycle extension, repairability, and eco-design integration.
Track CO₂ and circularity indicators and ensure environmental improvements are prioritized.

Requirements:
-
BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
-
7+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, Industrialization, or Engineering.
-
Strong analytical problem-solving and technical communication skills.
-
Experience with 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, cause-effect analysis, reliability methods.
-
Knowledge of industrial and product quality fundamentals.
-
Domestic and international travel required.
