Overview
As the official "Brand Voice" for SKINTIFIC Mexico, this role will be the visual and narrative architect responsible for building, sustaining, and elevating the brand's identity across local social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram.
This is a key operational and creative role within our founding team in Mexico. The main objective is to bridge the gap between global corporate directives and local market relevance by autonomously planning, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive monthly content calendar tailored to the trends, aesthetics, and skincare culture in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently structure, organize, and schedule the official monthly Content Calendar from end to end, ensuring strict commitment to publishing deadlines.
- Fully manage the daily operation of official accounts, fostering active audience engagement, timely moderation, and community growth.
- Content design, plan and the execution of the global brand assets (images, short videos, and copy) to align seamlessly with current trends, local expressions, and the beauty culture in Mexico.
- Identify, select, and optimize high-quality video content generated by local collaborators (KOLs and KOCs).
- Independently edit and produce engaging short-form videos that faithfully reflect the brand’s identity, technology, and premium tone.
- Collaborate smoothly with the influencer marketing team to integrate creator materials into viral campaigns.
- Monitor, interpret, and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) to evaluate content performance against established KPIs.
- Continuously optimize the content strategy based on platform algorithm updates (Meta, TikTok), digital ecosystem trends, and direct user feedback.
- Propose creative, innovative, and disruptive content ideas to increase brand relevance and impact in the Mexican cosmetics market.
Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Media, Languages, or related fields.
- Between 2 to 4 years of proven experience managing corporate social media accounts, content planning, creative strategy, or paid social roles.
- Experience developing content that performs against conversion/sales metrics.
- Previous experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, E-commerce, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
- Working experience with the Mexican e-commerce and retail environment, specifically Shopify, Mercado Libre, Amazon, or TikTok Shop formats.
