Job Purpose:
Main contact for quality-related issues between a company and its customers. They are responsible for ensuring products and services meet customer requirements and standards, handling complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Act as the primary interface with the customer's quality team.

Review in daily basis customer portals (If applicable).

Address customer concerns and complaints.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers.

Attend customer audits and participate in customer meetings.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.

Know and apply the corporate and local procedures of the Quality System as applicable.

Monitoring of PR’s, 8D’s, and Status by Claims to meet internal and customer requirements.

Ensure customer protection and updating of the daily report in the event of quality failures

Follow-up of material returned by Claims or RMA from Internal Customers. Ensure delivery of material to manufacturing.

Monitor scorecard or equivalent Warranty.

- Problem solving (5Why’s, 8D, Fishbone, 5D)
- Quality tools (Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA, SPC)
