The Role: Business Development Executive — Mexico, LATAM & US
We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Business Development Executive based in Mexico to lead the expansion of Finalrentals' car rental franchise network across LATAM and the US. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of mobility by onboarding strong local car rental businesses, building long-term partnerships, and expanding Finalrentals' footprint across Mexico, the wider Latin American region, and the United States.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead regional expansion: Identify and engage local and regional car rental operators in Mexico, across LATAM, and in the US to join the Finalrentals franchise network.
- Franchise growth ownership: Manage the full business development cycle — from outreach and discovery to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Consultative selling: Understand each operator's business goals and demonstrate how Finalrentals' global brand, technology, and marketing ecosystem can help them scale and grow.
- Regional relationship management: Build trust and partnerships across multiple LATAM and US markets through digital engagement, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate globally: Work closely with our UK and global teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing franchise partner success.
- CRM discipline: Maintain accurate records of business development discussions, activities, and pipeline progress in HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
- Represent Finalrentals: Engage in virtual trade events, industry webinars, and business meetings across LATAM and the US as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in automotive, car rental, mobility, travel tech, or franchising.
- Strong communicator with excellent Spanish and English skills.
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, comfortable managing your own pipeline, targets, and relationships with minimal supervision.
- CRM-experienced (HubSpot preferred) with a structured, data-driven approach to sales.
- Culturally aware, confident engaging with business owners and operators across LATAM and the US.
- Strong understanding of the car rental or automotive industry is highly desirable.
