We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the full lifecycle of the Time and Expense tracking applications.
In this role, you will shape the vision, strategy, and execution of timekeeping and expense tracking features that empower professionals to streamline their workflows and make informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage directly with customers, and leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver industry-leading solutions across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
Responsibilities

Contribute insights and ideas to advance the vision for timekeeping and expense tracking within our Accounting and Embedded Finance products

Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to shape the roadmap and long-term vision for timekeeping and expense tracking features within our platform across key customer segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise), prioritizing initiatives in alignment with broader product strategies

Identify and refine high-priority features that improve timekeeping and expense tracking workflows

Take ownership of specific timekeeping and expense tracking features throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery, stakeholder adoption, and ongoing iterations

Uncover new integration partnership opportunities to support the product roadmap for timekeeping and expense tracking, managing the product definition and requirements needed for integration

Engage proactively with customers, internal teams, and industry partners to understand user pain points, uncover opportunities, and validate solutions

Translate strategic priorities into actionable user stories, manage the backlog effectively, and ensure timely delivery of measurable outcomes

Set clear success metrics for your product area and leverage data insights to inform prioritization, enhancements, and iterations

Work closely with the Business Analyst on your projects, providing direction, reviewing outcomes, and ensuring alignment with business priorities

Partner with engineering, design, and other teams (marketing, sales, customer success) to deliver cohesive solutions that enhance customer satisfaction

Stay informed of trends in SaaS, AI, and legal tech to ensure timekeeping and expense tracking features continue to be industry-leading
Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology-driven company, with a proven ability to create products that empower workflows and decision-making for professional users

Background in building SaaS timekeeping and expense products, passive time capture, and AI-assisted time entry

Proven track record of driving product success, from ideation to delivery, with measurable outcomes such as increased user adoption, retention, revenue growth, or customer satisfaction

Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4 to make data-informed decisions and iterate quickly

Strong communication skills, naturally skilled at aligning cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders, with the ability to persuade and inspire

A relentless focus on customer needs, especially in simplifying complex workflows or delivering seamless solutions for professionals navigating intricate processes

Passion for innovation, excited by the opportunity to push boundaries in practice management, reporting, and dashboarding solutions

Knowledge of AI-driven product development, including familiarity with tools like Claude V0/Vercel, Replit, and Figma

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
