Responsible for managing the training and organizational development system, supporting management with the design, creation, and follow-up of training, communication, and development plans for administrative and indirect personnel to optimize the competencies and skills required to meet the company's strategic objectives.
Follow the indications contained in the Internal Work Regulations regarding safety and other workers, care of equipment, materials, facilities, and other company-owned resources.- Perform work according to the method, instructions, and authorized and updated specifications applicable to the Department.
- Responsible for updating training department information in the established database, maintaining complete and updated training files with documentation that serves as evidence for the correct corroboration of personnel attendance at various training sessions.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of training plans and programs, as well as their control mechanisms. Support in coordinating training and exams for personnel.
- Represent the Training Department in meetings, audits, and all activities where this department should be involved, reporting results to their immediate supervisor.
- Provide support in all motivational, cultural, social, sports, etc., activities and events organized by Human Resources or any other department to which they have been assigned by their Immediate Supervisor, Manager, and/or Director of Human Resources.
- Responsible for designing, documenting, and following up on all policies, procedures, and work instructions applicable to the Department.
- Coordinate the development of administrative processes related to the accreditation of the company's training plans by the STPS. Responsible for legal compliance required by authorities regarding employee training, being an integral part of commissions created for this purpose, as well as maintaining records required by authorities during inspections conducted at the company.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned based on the company's needs.
- Own and maintain the Technical Skills Matrix and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Program, ensuring accurate skill mapping, certification tracking, qualification of internal trainers, and alignment with operational and business needs across all sites.
- Responsible for performing professional-level tasks aimed at detecting training and development needs, implementing plans and programs to train, enable, develop, and train the company's administrative personnel, coordinating material, technical, and human resources to carry out these plans and programs.
Desirable education, skills and/or experience
- Completed degree in Engineering or Administrative areas.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Training Administration.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485.
- Knowledge of FDA Standards.
- Proficiency in computer packages Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage groups.
- Experience in designing and delivering training at all levels.
- Experience in managing the TRESS system.
