ADVANCED ENGLISH SKILLS REQUIRED (C1 OR C2 LEVEL)
HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED
THIS POSITION PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY TELEPHONIC SUPPORT TO POTENTIAL NEW LAW FIRM/ATTORNEY CUSTOMERS THROUGH A LEGAL INTAKE PROCESS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RECEIVE INTAKES FOR LEGAL SITUATIONS FROM POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS VIA ELECTRONIC OR TELEPHONIC SOURCES.
- MAKE MULTIPLE FOLLOW-UP CALLS TO POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS WITH THE GOAL OF MAKING SUCCESSFUL CONTACT.
- DISCUSS THEIR LEGAL SITUATION AND PROMPT THE INTAKE CONTACT TO ANSWER A SERIES OF QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE QUALIFICATION FOR THE LEGAL INTAKE.
- SEND LEGAL DOCUMENTS FOR SIGNATURE TO CONTACTS AND FOLLOW-UP FOR SIGNING.
-TRANSLATE LEGAL DOCUMENTS FROM ENGLISH TO SPANISH
QUALIFICATIONS:
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT POSITION IS PREFERRED.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION.
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- BASIC PC KNOWLEDGE, WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS, INTERNET AND MAINSTREAM WEB BROWSERS.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
OR
6 WORK DAYS PER WEEK (OPTIONAL SATURDAY OR SUNDAY FREE)
1:00 PM - 8:30 PM
(WORKING HOURS CHANGE WITH SUMMER TIME)
SALARY AND BENEFITS
MONTHLY BASE SALARY $19,600 PESOS
+WEEKLY ATTENDANCE BONUS OF $730
+$800 FOOD STAMPS
